Pressly is a reading app that allows users to import their own content, including EPUB, PDF, TXT, and pasted text, and unlock Pro features through a one-time purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pressly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Use

You may use Pressly only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for the content you import or paste into the app.

3. User Content

Books, documents, and text you import into Pressly remain your responsibility and are stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, resetting the device, or deleting its data can remove imported documents and reading progress. Restoring a purchase restores the purchase entitlement, not imported documents or reading history.

4. Purchases

Pressly Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase offered through the Apple App Store. It unlocks the Pro features listed in the version of Pressly available at the time of purchase. There is no recurring subscription fee, and future features are not included unless Pressly specifically says so. A prior purchase may be restored using the same Apple Account while Pressly remains available for download through the App Store. App availability depends on Apple’s platform and the availability of compatible devices and software.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made and any rights provided by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Pressly app, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by the developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
